Written AI Opportunity Summary — within 48 hours.
Within 48 hours of our discovery call, you receive a one-page written summary of what we heard, what we think the AI opportunity is, and what we'd suggest as a starting point. No pitch deck. No sales proposal. A practitioner's honest read of your situation — for free, regardless of whether you move forward.

Scoping & Proposal — tailored, flat fee.
If the summary resonates, we get on a second call — this time with whoever on your team will be closest to the work. We scope the engagement together, agree on deliverables and timeline, and send a flat-fee proposal within 24 hours. No hourly billing. No scope creep surprises. A fixed price for a fixed outcome.

Kickoff & Delivery — first deliverable in 5 days.
Once the contract is signed, we kick off within the week. The first tangible deliverable reaches you within five business days. Every subsequent deliverable is reviewed by you before it is finalized. We use a three-step quality process: our team produces, AI assists in review, you approve. Nothing reaches you that hasn't been checked twice.

Handoff & Optionally, Ongoing Partnership.
Every engagement ends with a clean handoff — full documentation, a knowledge transfer session, and a clear runbook your team can follow independently. If you want us to stay involved for monitoring, updates, and expansion, we offer monthly retainer arrangements. If you'd rather take it from here, we give you everything you need to do exactly that.
